IMPORT DUTIES

For Canada orders, import duties are not included in the purchase price and may need to be paid before or upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any duty charges, so please be aware of this.

If the courier cannot collect payment for duties and taxes upon delivery, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

WRONG ADDRESS

Mistakes happen! If you need to correct an order, please email us immediately. We can assist you as long as the order has not been processed yet.

If the order has already been dispatched, please contact your local post office to reroute the package to the correct address.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided and cannot offer a refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please check with your local post office and neighbors for missing packages.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact your local post office or report suspected theft online at USPS Claims or call 1-800-275-8777.
