RETURNS + EXCHANGES
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to love our products! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund under the following condition:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with hangtag and barcode/sku sticker intact.
- Items must be shipped out (postmarked) within 30-day of receiving your order.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Register via our online return portal and select "refund" for preferred solution.
- Print out the return label and send the return back to us.
The customer is responsible for return shipment and cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please return the package with a valid tracking number and keep the proof/receipt of postage for your personal insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive to process your return items for your account to be credited. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Would you like to exchange your item for another color or size? No problem. We will send out the exchange to you free of charge once per order.
- Register via our online return portal and select "exchange" for preferred solution.
- Specify in the message section the color/size you would like to exchange the item for.
Important: Please ensure the item is in stock on our website. - Print out the return label and send the return back to us.
- We aim to review and process all exchanges within 10 business days of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange has been shipped out.
