30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love our products! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the hangtag intact.
  • Items must be shipped out (postmarked) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Instructions

  1. Register your return via our Return Portal and select "refund" as your preferred solution.
  2. Print the return label (not prepaid) and use your preferred postal service to ship the item(s) back to us.

Processing Time

Allow 10 business days from the day we receive your return for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days to process the refund.

Exchange Instructions

Exchanging your item for a different color or size is easy! We offer one free exchange per order.

  1. Register your exchange via our Return Portal and select "exchange" as your preferred solution.
  2. Specify the color/size you would like in the message section of the portal. Important: Ensure the desired item is in stock on our website.
  3. Print the return label (not prepaid) and use your preferred postal service to ship the item(s) back to us.

Processing Time

Exchanges will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been shipped.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipment and costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns and exchanges, including international orders, must be shipped to our Ohio warehouse.
  • Please ship with a valid tracking number and keep the proof/receipt of postage for your personal insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet our Return Policy requirements.
