United States: 2-5 business days
Canada: 4-8 business days
Australia: 5-10 business days
Germany: 5-10 business days
Netherlands: 5-10 business days

Please allow up to 3 days for order processing.
We cannot guarantee ship time to Hawaii, Alaska or to APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.
Import Duties
No duties and taxes are payable if you are located in the USA.
For international orders, import duties are not included in the purchase price and may need to be paid before or upon delivery.
For customers in Canada, Germany, Netherlands, and United Kingdom, duties and taxes are payable upon delivery.
For customers in Australia, there are no duties/taxes for orders under AUD1000.
If the courier cannot collect payment for duties and taxes upon delivery, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
UPDATE OR CANCEL ORDER

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that processing begins almost immediately after purchase. This means we may not be able to make changes, such as product changes, address updates, or cancellations, once your order is placed and confirmed. Kindly note we are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses provided.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please check with your local post office and neighbors for missing packages.
For US orders, if you still cannot locate the package, contact your local post office or report suspected theft online at USPS Claims or call 1-800-275-8777.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED
We're deeply sorry about the mistake! Please contact us and we will do our best to make this right! This must be communicated to us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund.
